About Abhinav Sinha
Software Engineer at Varahe Analytics ยท Multi-LLM platforms in production ยท Animator behind @9_face_toon
Hi, I'm Abhinav Sinha โ a software engineer based in Patna, India. Since January 2024 I have worked at Varahe Analytics, where I build and own a full-stack AI platform end to end: a multi-provider abstraction layer that routes text and image generation across several LLM providers with runtime model switching and failover, RAG pipelines on Pinecone, and analytics on top of BigQuery. It runs in production across nine Indian languages.
Outside that, I run @9_face_toon, a Hindi cartoon and short-form animation channel with 40K+ followers on both Instagram and YouTube. Those two things โ production AI engineering and a weekly content pipeline โ are where practically everything on this site comes from.
I got into programming because I wanted to build things, not just study theory. Most of what I know came from breaking projects, reading docs at 2am, and figuring things out while actually shipping something. That is still how I work, and it is why the articles here tend to be about the part that went wrong rather than the feature list.
What I Build
My day-to-day work is usually in one of these areas:
- Full-Stack Web Apps โ MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), deployed on Google Cloud or Hostinger depending on the project
- AI-Powered Tools โ I've built tools for text detection, resume analysis, GEO/SEO auditing, and content generation โ most of the tools on this site are ones I built myself
- Automation Systems โ Social media automation, content pipelines, workflow tools that save repetitive manual work
- SEO-Optimized Pages โ Server-side rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals โ the technical side of getting pages to rank
Animation & Content
Parallel to the development work, I run an animation channel. I started it because I wanted to do something creative that wasn't code โ it turned into something real.
- Instagram: @9_face_toon โ 40K+ followers, cartoon and short-form animation content
- YouTube: 9 face toon โ 40K+ subscribers
- Most of the content is 2D cartoon animation โ characters, scenes, short stories. Made with a combination of traditional animation software and, more recently, some AI-assisted tools for specific parts of the workflow.
Why I Write on This Blog
A post gets written when something takes me longer than it should have. A stale closure that broke a component, an agent framework that was fine in a demo and miserable to debug in production, an image config that quietly destroyed my LCP score. Those notes used to live in a private document; publishing them just means the next person searching the same error finds an answer instead of a launch announcement.
Everything here is based on work I actually did. I do not write about tools from press releases, and where I have only tested something briefly I say so inside the article rather than implying more experience than I have. Where a post uses numbers I measured, it explains how they were measured and where that measurement is weak โ one developer on one machine is not a controlled benchmark.
How posts get tested, sourced, corrected, and where AI assistance is used is documented in full in the editorial policy. If you find a mistake in something I published, tell me โ corrections get made in place with a note.
Outside of Work
I'm based in Patna. When I'm not building or animating, I'm usually reading about whatever AI development happened that week, tinkering with a new tool that just launched, or occasionally getting distracted by a game for longer than planned. I'm also interested in building tools that work for Indian users specifically โ regional language support, local payment flows, content that makes sense in the Indian context.
Let's Connect
If you're working on an AI product, need a developer who understands both the technical and content side, or just want to talk about something you read here โ reach out. I reply to most messages.
Code. Creativity. AI. โ That's what I build.
