Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

Most content and tools on Abhinav Sinha are free. The Ganesha Video Maker currently charges a one-time ₹150 fee to generate and download a finished video after the user has edited and previewed the template.

Payment is processed by Razorpay. This purchase is for one digital export and does not create a recurring subscription.

2. Before You Pay

Please use the free live preview and check the text, position, duration, and browser compatibility before purchasing. The exported file format depends on browser support and may be MP4 or WebM.

3. When a Refund Is Available

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if Razorpay confirms the charge but the site does not unlock the export, the export repeatedly fails because of a site error, or you were charged more than once for the same attempt.

Refunds are not normally available after the video has been generated and downloaded successfully, or for issues already visible in the free preview such as text choice, text position, template design, and supported output format. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email abhinavraj350@gmail.com within 7 calendar days and include the payer name, payment date, Razorpay payment ID, and a short description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials.

We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are sent back through the original payment method after verification; the bank or payment provider controls the final processing time.

5. Cancellations

There is no subscription to cancel. You can close Razorpay before completing payment without being charged. Once payment succeeds, the digital export process begins immediately and the refund rules above apply.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first so we can investigate it promptly. You may also use the dispute rights provided by your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when products or payment terms change. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and the terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
